Our IQF Cauliflower florets are sourced from clean, sound crops. After harvest, they are sorted, cut to the required diameter, blanched, cooled, and frozen using the air fluidization technique. The florets are then sorted to ensure the correct diameter, metal detected, and packed. We apply good agricultural and manufacturing practices, ensuring that no additives are used and the product is free from genetically modified techniques.
